How it works

From connection to signature, every step is recorded.

Eviqly replaces manual data gathering with a process that is audit-first by design. Here is what happens at each stage, and what you receive at the end.

1

Connect, upload, or answer

Choose how Eviqly gets its inputs. You can authenticate once and grant read-only access to the systems that hold your answers, upload the reports and policies you already keep, or respond to a short questionnaire. Access is revocable at any time, and nothing is written back to your systems.

2

Draft audit content with sources

Eviqly generates a draft response for each requirement directly from the evidence it found. Every answer includes the report it came from, the policy it cites, and the date the data was pulled. If the available data cannot support an answer, the draft says so and explains what is missing — there are no silent guesses.

3

Confirm gaps as a punch list

Anything unsupported becomes a specific task, routed to the internal owner who can resolve it. Your team confirms each answer and closes each gap. Who confirmed what, and when, is written into the record.

4

U.S.-based AAP review and signing

An Accredited ACH Professional reviews the evidence behind every confirmed answer and signs the final report. The deliverable is audit-ready: fully traceable, with defendable evidence and a signed completion statement.

What you receive

An audit-ready report with full traceability.

Signed report

The completed audit, reviewed and signed by an AAP-accredited professional who puts their name on the work.

Evidence pack

Each answer's sources — reports, policy excerpts, and pull dates — attached and cross-referenced to the requirement it supports.

Immutable trail

A record of who drafted, who confirmed, what evidence was used, and when. Certificates are retained for six years.

Transparent limitations

When the data can't answer, we say so.

An audit response that guesses is worse than no response. Eviqly marks any requirement the evidence cannot support, explains why, and hands it to your team as a gap — never as a filled-in blank.

Example · supported

Return Rate Report · Apr–Jun 2026Pulled 03 Jul 2026
Example · unsupported
Cannot be supported. No monitoring reports were found for the review period, and the Return Rate Policy on file has no defined thresholds. Routed to Risk to provide either.
