Integrations & inputs
Three ways to give Eviqly its evidence.
Connect systems with read-only access, upload the documents you already keep, or answer a structured questionnaire. Most engagements use a mix. The evidence standard is identical whichever route you choose.
Read-only integrations
Authenticate once. Eviqly reads the reports and configurations needed for the engagement and nothing else. No write scope is ever requested, every read is logged, and you can revoke access from your own admin console at any time.
Documents & exports
Policies, board or committee minutes, vendor reports, operator reports, and system exports. Each file is dated, versioned, and cited by name and section wherever it supports an answer.
Structured questionnaire
For controls that live in people’s heads rather than systems. Answers are attributed to the person who gave them and treated as attestations, flagged as such in the report.
Typical sources
Where audit answers usually live.
Core & ledger
Account records, transaction history, return and NOC activity.
Payments stack
Origination platform settings, exposure limits, SEC code configuration, batch and file logs.
Vendors
Account validation, fraud screening, identity verification, and consent management exports.
Policy repositories
Risk, retention, security, and ACH operating procedures with version history.
Access principles
- Authenticate once; credentials are scoped to the engagement
- Read-only — Eviqly never writes to a client system
- Revocable at any time from your side
- Every read logged and visible in the engagement record
- Segregated client environments
No integration? No problem.
Some clients prefer not to connect anything. Upload and questionnaire inputs support the full audit. The only difference is that the client team gathers exports manually; the sourcing, gap routing, and signed review are unchanged.
